Description: The plaintiff instituted this action against defendant in United States District Court District of Connecticut, alleging discrimination on the basis of her sex and age in the terms, conditions and privileges of employment in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §2000e et seq, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, as amended, 29 U.S.C. §621, et seq., and the Connecticut Fair Employment Practices Act, C.G.S. §46a-60(a) et seq.
