I find it hard to believe that all the reviews are in regards to the same attorney that refused to even speak with me not only recently, but 3 years ago when I first contacted him. I can't imagine all these heartfelt words and the guy hasn't even attempted to explain anything to me. I've spoken to Dora, who is an exceptional person, but not an attorney. She told me Blinn tells her that my case has matured past the statute of limitations, but yet, I could take the dealership to small claims court myself???????? I'm highly disappointed in this attorney.

WE HAD A SITUATION ON THE PURCHASE OF A VEHICLE W/ A WELL KNOWN DELEARSHIP IN WHICH THEY UNDER SOLD THE VEHICLE - THE PURCHASE WAS SIGNED AND ACCEPTED BY THE DEALER. AFTER THE VEHICLE HAD ALREADY DRIVEN OFF THE LOT, THE FOLLOWING DAY THE DEALER CONTACTED US ADMITTING THAT IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE IN LISTING THE INCORRECT AMOUNT ON THE SIGNED PURCHASE ORDER / CONTRACTS, AND ATTEMPTED TO RENEGOTIATE BY ASKING US TO COME IN THE DEALER TO SIGN A NEW CORRECTED CONTRACT. WE CONTACTED ATTY. BLINN AND HE SUPERLY ADVISED US THROUGH THE STICKY MESS, INCLUDING GIVING US HEADS UP ABOUT CANCELLING OTHER OPTIONS WE HAD SIGNED ON WITH THE DEALER. SUBSEQUENTLY, THE DEALER CONCEDED AND AGREED NOT TO PURSUE THIS MATTER ANY FURTHER. HE WAS VERY CLEAR AND CONCISE IN GUIDING US THROUGH THE PROCESS. WE SINCERELY THANK HIM FOR HIS TIME AND MORE IMPORTANTLY, HE DID NOT CHARGE US ANY FEE FOR THE SERVICE.

I was in an auto purchase recently where the auto dealer slipped in a $397 charge for VIN Etching, which was a service they didn't even perform for my car. I felt so taken advantage of after reading the post on your site, realizing how some dealers using VIN Etching fee as a game to increase their profit. After a week and half of ordeal of waiting for the dealer's refund, I contacted the Consumer Law Group. Dora took my call and my information with such a kind and caring manner.
