Defamation and libel suits can be notoriously difficult to win, but their impact on a business can be deadly, so when I finally decided something had to be done to make it stop I reached out to a friend of mine who works in a law office. We had to hire an attorney originally to file a defamation claim however we ended up having to hire an attorney to defend ourselves against an organization with a very complex structure and also defend ourselves against a restraining order.
