Comprehensive & Complete

The initial presentation was very informative and led us to executing a family trust. All follow up was thorough and very professional. FIRST CLASS!

Finally a Firm Who Knows the Law and Has Answers

I’ve wanted to have a living trust for years but other attorneys made it seem complicated and didn’t have the answers to my questions. NHA made it simple, easy to understand, and had the answers to ALL of my questions.

Highly professional

The participants at the offices of Nirenstein and Horowitz were pleasant and professional in all aspects of developing this living trust. Explanations were clear, questions were answered concisely. The entire experience was excellent.

Late

Nirenstein, Horowitz, and Associates created a trust for my wife and I and the product was top shelf. However the first interview we had to wait for the attorney for 45 minutes despite our having an appointment and when he finally appeared his apology was less than heart felt. They made a big deal ab...out us meeting the date and time for the final review of the trust documents. Again we were on time however they were not. The paralegal that generated the trust turned out to be new and needed a supervisor that was busy so we waited another half hour and by the time we actually got started was 45 minutes later than our appointment. This time we expressed our dissatisfaction and stated that if we had not already paid for the trust documents we would have walked out.

Dear Mr. Fox, We apologize for any inconveniences we may have caused you and your wife. We strive to give our clients the care, attention, and time they deserve and sometimes that means our appointments run longer than expected. We consider many factors when scheduling appointments, but cannot always predict the additional attention a client may need. Unfortunately, the combination of a previous appointment running longer than expected, and a new staff member in training needing a supervisor caused both of your appointments to start later than anticipated. We understand how frustrating this must have been for you and, again, offer or sincerest apologies. We have spoken to our staff to explain the importance of being on time for appointments and offering excellent customer service. We truly value our relationships with our clients and hope to be able to rectify this situation to your satisfaction.
