I contacted Rich for an Employment-employee Attorney on the recommendation from a professional financial advisor. I did not any research prior to contacting Rich.
It was not until later after I had my consultation with Rich did I find out that the Hoff Curtiss Firm is one of the best in the states.
I had lost my job of 31 years. Rich did an excellent job representing me. He worked hard and spent hours reviewing and mediating my case to reach an amblicall resolution to my case.
If you are looking for someone to represent you in an employment case. I highly recommend Rich Cassidy.

Attorney Cassidy took my case and kept me well informed along the way until the end. He was very helpful, gave honest assessments of my case and offered wise advice. Richard Cassidy is exceptional. He was very timely, even though he was out of the office, never leaving me in the dark. He is well prepared, knowledgeable and committed to the process. He is trustworthy, caring and tireless. I highly recommend him.
Timothy Cornell, Litigation Attorney
Relationship: Worked together on matter
Rich Cassidy and I worked together on a difficult case that was deep in the weeds of Medicare and other federal law. No matter how complex, Rich kept coming back to basic principles: where is the harm? How do we know this? He was a rock of calm and experience. I also know that he is held in very high esteem in the Vermont legal community. I recommend him as highly as I can.
Benjamin Glass, Car accident Attorney
Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
Rich is a very experienced personal injury lawyer who has his clients' best interests at heart. He's easy to talk to and he will tell you whether you actually need a lawyer for your case or not. I encourage you to give him a call if you think you have a case or just have questions.
