I was charged with 2 white collar crime felony counts and faced jail time plus a huge restitution amount. From the very first phone contact with Robert to the sentencing hearing 2 years later, he never ceased to display an unending command of the legal system. His thorough grasp of complex legal intricacies and strategies, combined always with a professional, personal, and compassionate approach that was unequalled in every respect. He is an excellent negotiator motivated to seek the most favorable outcome for his client, no matter how challenging the case or opposition may be. He always set realistic goals and is a consummate professional, maintaining a calm and compassionate presence to allay any fears or uneasiness a client may have. He is approachable, honest, and will always take the time necessary for explanations. He has a superb legal mind and any client would be most fortunate to retain him as counsel. As for my case, both felony charges were dropped and I ended up plea bargaining to misdemeanor offense, no jail, some probation, and a small fine. Thank you Robert!
