After several go rounds with the US Dept of Education and feeling like I have been jerked around, I searched for and hired Josh to consult me on my case. During our consultation, though my case was unique, he clearly provided me with next steps and what to do if those step do not work. I recommend working with Josh. He is truly informed and passionate about helping others resolve their issue with their student loans.

Joshua reviewed my Student Loan status and found that FedLoan Servicing is not crediting my payments correctly. I work for the Federal Government and I'm under the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program. He found that I have about 19 months of payments that they have not credited to my account. That will save me over $20,000 in payments but most of all, I will be free from Student Loan debt sooner and will be able to retire in 2020 instead of 2022. He also verified my Repaye payment amount which is 1/2 of the IBR amount. I will be hiring him to represent me against FedLoan Serving.

I had seen other lawyers prior to discovering Joshua. Quickly it became clear that Joshua had way more expertise on student loans than those whom I had consulted prior. In fact, some of the advice I had received from prior lawyers was simply wrong and misinformed.
