I joined Vincent, Kantz, Pittman and Thompson, LLC as a partner in 2011 and focused my practice on family law litigation (divorce, parental rights, post judgment motions, child support) for the majority of my legal career. I am well versed in the area of third party parentage (de facto parent, grandparents contact, intended parenthood, ect) and have significant knowledge in jurisdictional issues and the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction Enforcement (UCCJEA) act.
My practice range extends to Probate Court, where I represent clients in guardianship and adoption action. In addition to representing clients in family matters, I serve as a Guardian ad litem in Title 19-A and Title 22 cases.
I serve clients in York, Cumberland, Sagadahoc and Androscoggin Counties.
I received a BA, magna cum laude, in Political Science and English Literature from Saint Michael’s College and JD, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School. While at Suffolk, I was named Distinguished Oral Advocate and participated in the Clark Appellate Advocacy Competition (semi-finalist).
