It all began after I sustained an injury that wasn't my fault. My wife and I decided to reach out for legal council. I reached out to attorney Russmans firm, and scheduled a meeting with him and his Paralegal Robin. After going over what happened, they agreed to take on the case. My wife and I had ...no clue what to expect and at times became very difficult. It was due to Ryan, and Robin, our confidence remained high. Every time we had a question or concern, they responded to us almost immediately, and made sure we fully understood what was going on. As this process continued, it became more nerve wracking for my wife and I. After the deposition, my wife and I began to lose faith (and we did nothing wrong). We had never experienced anything like that before. It was due to the confidence of Ryan and Robin that we continued to press forward with our heads held high. Then the day of mediation came. This was the day we truly got to witness Ryan at his best. My wife and I sat there quietly as the legal jargon was exchanged back and forth. When the mediator left the room, Ryan went right back to a personal level, and just sat and talked with us about our kids, our jobs, and anything in between. The stress level that day was beyond explainable and due to his calm demeanor, it aloud us to also relax. Ryan argued for us and in my opinion truly used his experience to represent us to the fullest. We were able to settle that day, and my wife and I could not have been more pleased. I hired Ryan after calling his office at 8pm and being surprised he actually answered that late and talked with me about my problem. The month leading up to my court date I dealt with his para legals in his office multiple times who were all top notch and super helpful. Two days before court I met wi...th Ryan to go over everything, I admittedly left that meeting a little nervous because of how short it was, it seemed Ryan was not worried about losing though. At the actual court hearing Ryan was incredible had me in and out with a ruling in my favor, he won with out ever having me or the two witnesses we brought say a word other then stating my name. That short meeting with Ryan that made me nervous I now see he was only interested in the facts and there wasn't many. It was a simple win for him. Hopefully I don't need a lawyer ever again but if I do I'll be calling him for sure.

I hired Ryan Russman and thought that he was great given the sales pitch he gave me on the initial phone call. Boy was I wrong. It was impossible to get ahold of him over months before the court date. Had he prepped with me beforehand, I may have had a chance. Or if I were female, that is his sleezy ...reputation now that I have asked around. I wished I had done that prior to hiring him.
