Having not had any problems in my life regarding alcohol for nearly a decade, I was charged with a DWI in February of this year, and was referred to Len Harden from an attorney in the southern NH area who had represented me in another DWI case nearly 15 years ago. The best thing I did was to hire him... as my lawyer, period. Attorney Harden brought the charge down from a felony to a Class B misdemeanor, moving it from Superior to District Court. Through his knowledge, pull, and respect as a local legal force to be reckoned with, attorney Harden was able to further plea my case down to a first offense, removing any possibility of jail time, and shaving almost 4 years off of my potential license loss. I cannot express how grateful I am for this. I got referred to Len, by a couple of top attorneys from southern New Hampshire. I reside near the Boston area and got pulled over in October 2016 for a headlight out in Berlin NH. I was subsequently arrested for possession of and transporting in a motor vehicle a controlled substance, Marijuana. ...These charges were a class B misdemeanor with the transportation charge carrying a mandatory loss of drivers license for 60 days. Soon after my arrest I had an initial consultation with Attorney Harden. He informed me that at my arraignment, the DA would offered to drop the transportation charge if I was willing to plead guilty to the possession charge. This would have been an acceptable, free advice for some but I was unable to plea guilty to a criminal charge due to many circumstances in my life. We spoke that first time for about half hour all on his dime, about other options. It was obvious to me that I was in good hands and agreed to hire him. After negotiations with the DA, Len was able to get all criminal charges dropped and reduced to a violation for knowingly transporting a controlled substance, marijuana in a motor vehicle. An amazing result considering the police had me on body camera, I willfully handed over the pot and there was no denying the possession. From my perspective, to walk away without any guilty plea of possession or transportation of a controlled substance or paraphernalia was only possible from Len's incredible interpretation of the marijuana laws in New Hampshire. Furthermore, in 12 months I can petition the court to have the case and violation completely annulled. I would highly recommend his services if you have criminal issues in northern NH. In closing, I owe Attorney Harden the most sincere thanks for understanding and addressing my needs in this case. I can only hope to cross paths again under much different circumstance, lol.

On April 29, 2016, I was arrested for a first offense DWI. I had only ever had a speeding ticket in the 37 years of driving my own vehicles and commercial trucks. I didn't know what to do and was very upset that I had been dumb enough to get behind the wheel. One of my best friends recommended Len a...nd it was the best thing I could have ever done.
