Highly recommend

Knowledgeable and Experienced

The best of the best!

I suffered a serious ankle and shoulder injury at work that resulted in multiple surgeries over a few years. Attorney Fitzgerald was right there with me throughout the whole process. When the insurance agent was dragging her feet, he was the driving force in moving the case along. The insurance compa...ny tried to minimize the severity of my injury- sent me to an independent medical eval with a doctor of their choosing who of course came back with a significantly lower impairment rating. Attorney Fitzgerald presented my case in front of the labor board and it was so well-prepared and executed. We won at the hearing and because of his commitment and professionalism, my workers comp rights were upheld. I could not have been more satisfied with his constant communication and thoroughness in explaining workers comp law and the whole process to me. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Worker's Comp. Claim

Patch and Fitzgerald was recommended to me for some worker's compensation issues. Talking to and hiring John was the best decision I made. He and his staff took excellent care of me and handled everything, which was something new for me. I had two cases, and both ended better than I had hoped.
