Great Lawyer. 3rd offense aggravated DUI.

Hired Tim for criminal defense for an unfortunate 3rd DUI. He picked up his phone on a Sunday and gave me a consultation and a little bit of hope. He claimed that he could get my aggravated 3rd offense DUI pled down to a 2nd offense (even though I was within NH's 10 year look back period). I did what... he told me to do and he negotiated with the prosecutor and got the deal done. Was also able to move the court date out to accommodate my request. Tim has experience and is a pleasure to work with. I'd recommend him for any DUI case.

DWI case

I hired Attorney Goulden for a DWI case. He worked out a plea for a reduced charge, (Reckless Driving). He was very good and worked hard for me.
