I want to preface this by saying that Justin Shepherd was a Godsend when I needed him most. Last year, I had gotten into legal trouble after after a dispute with the police. I showed up to my arraignment without a lawyer or really an understanding of what to do or where to go. Justin was there representing someone else. Seeming as though he was incredibly approachable, I subtly asked him if I could speak to him in the hall after the arraignment, to which he told me exactly what to do and say when it was my turn to be called. After, we talked in the hall for the next hour or so about not only my legal situation, but about my life in general. I am forever thankful for what he has done for me and still continues to do. We are currently in the process of getting my charges annulled, which I would have never known to be a thing if it was not for him. Not only did he help me legally, but he also became an inspiration. I am taking the LSAT in February in hopes of getting into law school for next fall. It wouldn't have been possible without Justin. Very long story short, I highly recommend Justin Shepherd.

Justin represented my husband in a recent difficult situation and he was our savior because of his calm assurance, thorough review of the process and what possible outcomes were all discussed. I would strongly recommend Justin Shepherd and we are very glad we hired him.

I highly recommend Attorney Justin Shepherd. He's knowledgable, trustworthy and an all-around excellent lawyer.
Attorney Shepherd is well known and respected in the community. He represented me with confidence and professionalism. He is compassionate and exhibited a passion for justice that was an intricate part of my individual case. He has the ability to bring light to the truth and follow through producing fair and just results. After all, you don't make the "Top 40 under 40", list of attorneys without merit!

Justin was one of three attorneys I spoke with and the one I ultimately hired. He was reassuring, non-alarmist and genuinely seemed interested in helping. I was pulled over for what I thought was speeding, and imagine my surprise when I was cited with two serious charges requiring a court summons. I opted to hire representation because the citations seemed unreasonable to me, and I'm not a legal expert. Justin advised me, and worked with the prosecutor and was able to get the cases completely dropped. I did not expect this as a possible outcome when I first received the citations, and was very glad I had Justin represent my interests in this matter!

I came across Justin after a bad experience with another attorney. There was very little communication (often failed to reply to my emails or return my phone calls). He had shared no information about the case or his plans for it, and from the get-go, he tried to convince me to plead guilty to a misdemeanor because the prosecutor was "absolutely unwilling to budge." At the courthouse, all of the other attorneys there knew each other and we're having friendly conversations amongst themselves. The only one who was not associating with the others was this attorney. He was very arrogant and treated his clients as just his sources of income, with no real care for them. He thought he was superior over everybody else and looked down upon others. To top it off, I had to file a claim with the NH bar's ethics board because he had me pay up front and was unwilling to refund even part of it, despite not having completed much of the services that his contract stated. He and his assistant ignored my communication attempts at asking if I could get at least a partial refund. He charged double what many others charge, and was going to have me plead guilty to a misdemeanor.
I sought out Justin for a second opinion. He recommended I not plead guilty to a misdemeanor. He kept me informed about the case and his plan. He talked to the same prosecutor and with Justin, she was willing to reduce the charge to a non-criminal violation to be expunged in a year. What a difference in outcome and experience! He completely saved my career. He was always responsive and willing to help, and made it feel as though he actually really cares about his clients as people, not as his money. He was not money hungry, was very trusting of his clients, and did not make it seem as though he was doing it for merely the money. He didn't think he was superior over his clients and was always very humble. He was more than friendly, always made time for me, and took care of everything for me. What a great guy! And his dog who hangs out at his office is super sweet, friendly, and therapeutic. He must get it from his owner. I'm hoping to never again be in a situation where I would require Justin's services, but if it were to ever happen, he'd be the first person I'd be asking for help from.

Justin Shepherd was by far the best legal defense for me that money could buy. A very well composed, understanding, and compassionate lawyer. he went above and beyond and pulled off the unthinkable. I was facing a mandatory 12 month minimum sentence and a felony for driving and crashing into a parked car. After habitual mind you. which he kept in district court and had reduced to a misdemeanor. no jail time, no probation, no ankle bracelet, unbelievable!!! if I ever need representation again in the future you know you're the man my brother. I highly recommend him to everyone!

Attorney. Justin Shepherd,
You sir, is the epitome of perfection, respect, and gentleman. Why those qualities? Because the moment I stepped through your doors, I was treated as someone who deserves a second chance, not just "another client in the books." You took my case seriously, with sincerity as if I was your only client. However, most importantly, Attorney Shepherd listened to not only my case, but me as a person.
I reached out to Attorney Shepherd in late July 2014 to represent me. He spearheaded my case and engaged it in a timely manner, resolving it in just matter of weeks. If you need representation, look no further because Attorney Shepherd is the one. 1st class professionalism, world class individual

I could not imagine working with a lawyer other than Justin Shepherd! I knew next to nothing about the law or how to handle my case. My case was a first offense, and I was a nervous wreck. I could barely keep myself together when I walked into the Shepherd and Osbourne office. Justin immediately put my anxieties at ease with his compassionate, and understanding demeanor. His confidence and solid, thorough plan, convinced me by the time I left, that I had just found and trusted the right lawyer! He was constantly in communication with me from that day on, guiding me, and assuring me, throughout the process. Thanks to him, this was a valuable life lesson, but nothing that will hinder the bright future ahead of me. I am forever grateful for the hard work and dedication of Justin Shepherd, and highly recommend him.
