During my incident, I was in a lot of distress, and I felt like I was unfairly charged with a DWI. I have never been in trouble with the law before, and I was afraid of this impacting my job and my life in general. I hired Chuck as my lawyer after our first meeting, and I’m glad that I did; he won my DMV hearing, (and as a result, I was able to keep my license during the process), he got my DWI case dismissed before my court hearing, and then I was able to have my arrest record annulled.
