In my last year of college, I was involved in website based out of London where people could gamble. I won't go into all the details, but the federal government charged me running an illegal gambling operation and recruiting a bunch of my fellow students. When I found out the FBI wanted to arrest m...e, I thought my life was over. Before we met with the FBI, my parents and I met with Chuck. He knew exactly what to do, he answered all of our questions, he told us what was going to happen, and he told us how he planned to fight back. Walking into his office I had no idea what I was going to do, but leaving that first meeting made me feel like all of that had changed. After we received all of the evidence, Chuck went through it with me pointing all the things that were wrong or ways the investigation was messed up. The prosecutor originally wanted me to go to federal prison, but after Chuck met with them to show them all the problems with their case, they agreed to DISMISS ALL CHARGES. Not only did he do that, but he even got me back into my college so I could graduate. This started as one of the worst times of my life, but it ended up as one of the best. All because of Chuck.

I have been a repeat client of Chuck over the last five years. Not major stuff, but the cops in my town know me and my family on a first name basis. However, this last time was pretty serious. My ex and I got drunk, and things got out of control. She falsely accused me of really serious things an...d even though the cops knew me they had to arrest me. I was arrested after I gave a ride to somebody from Massachusetts to New Hampshire. I didn't know, but this other person set up a really big drug deal. When we got to the place, cops came out of everywhere and arrested me. I had my baby in the car! They charged me with conspiracy and accomplice. ... I can't tell you how scared I was. I was going to be deported and lose custody of my baby. Mr. Keefe listened to everything I had to say, and he came up with a great strategy to beat the case. The prosecutor wanted me to go to prison! I was so scared. Mr. Keefe filed a motion so that they couldn't use any of their evidence, and they were forced to drop the case. It was like a miracle and my prayers were answered. He is great attorney and a great man. He cared about me and what happened to me. He was so good in front of the judge, and he made the prosecutor look like a kid. Thank you Mr. Keefe! I owe you everything.

Over the summer I broke up with my girlfriend. She wouldn't leave my house, and we got into an argument. She called the cops and lied repeatedly to them claiming I did certain things to her that night. All lies. I wasn't going to plead to anything, and Chuck made me incredibly confident and comfo...rtable that we would win the case. We went to court a few months later for a pre-trial hearing, and the cops arrested me again! They said I had contacted my ex in violation of my bail. Thankfully, Chuck was able to immediately find proof that this was a lie, and he made the prosecutor look like an idiot in front of the judge, and he showed everyone my ex was a complete liar. After a half-hour hearing where he proved the lies and the dirty business of the prosecutors, my case was dismissed. I cannot thank him enough. I would have lost my job if the judge believed any of this garbage. Not only did Chuck make me believe we would win, he proved it to me when he was a beast in the courtroom. HIre him. If you get arrested, he's the guy.

I am still angry with the cops as I write this, but I am so glad I found and hired Chuck. I was arrested by a small town cop after I spent the day at a festival in New Hampshire. He said I was driving in the middle of the road, which was total bs because it was a dirt road and people were walking o...n each side. When I refused to get out of the car, the cop dragged me out and arrested me. During the DMV hearing, Chuck made the officer look confused and like he had no idea what he was doing. It was great. I kept my license, and the court case went smoothly after that. He was always available to talk to me and answer questions, and he was incredibly knowledgeable. I have and will recommend him as a lawyer to anyone I know who gets arrested.
