First of Chuck is not only a great lawyer but also a great person. He genuily cares and tells you how it is. He starting preparing for trial right away. He answered and returned every phone call promptly. Very professional. In sept of 2016 the feds arrested me on felony charges from an incident in se...pt 2015. I sat in mcdoc until my trial on January 9-10 2017. My co-defedant was their (star/only) witness who told five different stories in previous statements to detectives and federal agents. In cross examination Chuck turned their (star) witness into our (star) witness. It was incredible how he just tore apart the USDA case. After 50 mins of jury deliberation I got brought back to the courtroom. The court clerk read the jury's decision and they came to an agreement of 12-0 not guilty. My ex wife got a restraining order against me because she wanted to keep the kids. I called Mr. Keefe right away. He saw me the next day and helped me understand it all. I had a public defender for my first case and I basically was forced into taking a deal that I shouldn't have. I got arrested again after that and they wanted to put me in jail for a year.
