Spend some serious time going over the discovery or evidence against you in detail, line by line, paragraph by paragraph. Do you own research on the discovery and provide Chuck with details he might otherwise overlook. I was facing a serious Class A felony charge and two Class A misdemeanor charges. Thanks to Chuck, the prosecutor dropped the felony charge, dismissed one of the misdemeanor charges and I was found innocent in a bench trial on the remaining misdemeanor charge.
