I have had the privelidge of being represented by charles keefe on several occasions for legal matters involving both personal and bussiness matters.The most recent was a company that i contracted with to handle my bussiness uniforms decided to stop servicing my account but thought they should still ...get paid for the remaining 5 years of the contract that (they) broke,they sued me for 6 thousand six hundred dollars,(crazy fee for washing a dozen uniforms )that they were not servicing any more.This was a case of a huge corporation walking all over the little guy. if it wasnt for charles keefe i would have had to pay this unearned money to this big corporation.i only owed this company a couple hundred dollars and after trail i only had to pay a couple hundred.This guy is the best

I hired Mr.Keefe in the middle of my sons case represented by a “public defender”…………… that he never saw. I hired Mr.Keefe not to say my son didn’t commit the crime but to have no jail time for the crime he committed so he could get the drug rehabilitation he needed and take care of his new baby. M...r. Keefe took the case and right away wanted to take it a step further into police actions that led to my sons arrest; far and above what I had asked him to do. Long story short Mr.Keefe got my sons charge felony burglary down to a misdemeanor trespassing, 1 year suspended sentence, probation, and drug treatment. What I paid for…no jail. After I was arrested, I called attorney Keefe. He agreed to meet with me and I drove to his office so we could sit down and discuss the circumstances around my arrest and criminal background (before I decided to hire him) all free of charge. I think these are important qualities in an attorney...clients need to be able to trust their attorney's and feel confident that they will stand up for them no matter what. Mr. Keefe is more than trustworthy and I had the complete confidence in his abilities. After we agreed that he would be my attorney, he started working on my case right away. My favorite part about working with Charles was that he was always extremely responsive...I could call or text him on his cell phone after hours during the week and even on the weekend. He would always either get back to me right away or answer his phone, even if I just had a simple question. I knew going into this court case there was going to be a possibility I would be going to jail. I remember when I first met Charles he said to me, "my clients don't go to jail." I hoped I would be one of those clients that didn't go to jail. However, at first the prosecutor on my case wanted me to serve 30 days for a drug charge. My family was devastated. But, Charles never gave up. He knew that the punishment the prosecutor was asking for didn't warrant the situation and he knew it didn't make sense to send me to jail. He kept fighting and fighting for no jail time. Eventually, he won. The prosecutor changed her mind and I ended up with probation. I would consider that a win any day. If attorney Keefe didn't work as hard as he did, I don't know what the outcome would have been. But I do know that attorney Keefe was worth every last penny. He is extremely trustworthy and he stands up for what he believes in, and that is his clients. If I ever find myself needing a criminal defense lawyer again I will undoubtedly call Keefe again. Charles made a confusing, demoralizing and uncertain time a lot more tolerable. I found him to be upfront, genuinely honest and optimistic. Attorney Charles Keefe is patient, kind and attentive. His knowledge of NH law is unsurpassed. He was recommended to me by numerous people who had used his services in the past and had successful outcomes in difficult situations. I was stopped for not changing lanes for an emergency vehicle on the... side of the road. This is known as the "move over law". I was unfamiliar with the law and was expecting to take the next exit. After spending considerable amount of time on the side of the road, the troopers arrested me for DUI, resisting arrest and for the failure to move over to an emergency vehicle. During trial, Attorney Keefe was quick to point out the lack of evidence the troopers had for making me exit the vehicle. He was also successful in having everything that took place after exiting the vehicle suppressed. The result of the trial was favorable. All charges were dropped with the exception of the "failure to move over". Had Attorney Keefe not been successful, it would have resulted in loss of license for a extended amount of time and all the painful procedures which come from a DUI charge. While working with Attorney Keefe's law office, I found not only him, but his administrator and his legal assistant to be extremely professional and responsive to my many phones call and inquiries. All the responses I received were prompt, complete and sensitive to my concerns. Attorney Keefe did an amazing job, went above and beyond the call of duty, spent extra time and effort on this case, but never charged more than the agreed upon price. Quite often when working with the legal system, one feels like a victim of that system.
