First of Chuck is not only a great lawyer but also a great person. He genuily cares and tells you how it is. He starting preparing for trial right away. I sat in mcdoc until my trial on January 9-10 2017. My co-defedant was their (star/only) witness who told five different stories in previous statements to detectives and federal agents. After 50 mins of jury deliberation I got brought back to the courtroom. The court clerk read the jury's decision and they came to an agreement of 12-0 not guilty. I found myself in a spot I never thought I would be - needing a criminal defense lawyer.
