Chuck is a LIFESAVER! I was facing a felony conviction, jail time, and a large sum of restitution. Chuck managed to get this all knocked down to a misdemeanor no time served and some restitution. I was charged with failure to report child abuse. I had no record and have been a law abiding person. Chuck was on top of my case and made motions for me to have a speedy trial. The prosecuter filed a motion for a continuance after I had waited 10 months for my hearing. It was denied. The prosecutor ...then filed a motion for reconsideration. That was denied.
