I was involved in a bad car accident, and the police charged with me Aggravated DWI. They took my blood twice while I was in the hospital. Attorney Keefe filed multiple motions to exclude from the case any evidence of the blood tests because the police violated my rights. At the trial, he question...ed the officer for over an hour and made it clear that the police violated my rights. The judge didn't even need to think about it or write a decision.
