I hired Mr.Keefe in the middle of my sons case represented by a “public defender”…………… that he never saw. I hired Mr.Keefe not to say my son didn’t commit the crime but to have no jail time for the crime he committed so he could get the drug rehabilitation he needed and take care of his new baby. M...r. Keefe took the case and right away wanted to take it a step further into police actions that led to my sons arrest; far and above what I had asked him to do. Long story short Mr.Keefe got my sons charge felony burglary down to a misdemeanor trespassing, 1 year suspended sentence, probation, and drug treatment. What I paid for…no jail. After I was arrested, I called attorney Keefe. He agreed to meet with me and I drove to his office so we could sit down and discuss the circumstances around my arrest and criminal background (before I decided to hire him) all free of charge. He was a nice, understanding, and compassionate guy from th...e start. I think these are important qualities in an attorney...clients need to be able to trust their attorney's and feel confident that they will stand up for them no matter what. Mr. Keefe is more than trustworthy and I had the complete confidence in his abilities. After we agreed that he would be my attorney, he started working on my case right away. My favorite part about working with Charles was that he was always extremely responsive...I could call or text him on his cell phone after hours during the week and even on the weekend. He would always either get back to me right away or answer his phone, even if I just had a simple question. I knew going into this court case there was going to be a possibility I would be going to jail. I remember when I first met Charles he said to me, "my clients don't go to jail." I hoped I would be one of those clients that didn't go to jail. However, at first the prosecutor on my case wanted me to serve 30 days for a drug charge. My family was devastated. But, Charles never gave up. He knew that the punishment the prosecutor was asking for didn't warrant the situation and he knew it didn't make sense to send me to jail. He kept fighting and fighting for no jail time. Eventually, he won. The prosecutor changed her mind and I ended up with probation. I would consider that a win any day. If attorney Keefe didn't work as hard as he did, I don't know what the outcome would have been. But I do know that attorney Keefe was worth every last penny. He is extremely trustworthy and he stands up for what he believes in, and that is his clients. If I ever find myself needing a criminal defense lawyer again I will undoubtedly call Keefe again. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs a criminal defense lawyer!

Chuck was absolutely amazing when he represented me in my case. He was very knowledgeable, treated me with respect and calmed me down at a time of very high stress. He was able to manage a deal with the prosecutor very quickly and remove all of the charges against me. He made himself available for... me anytime I called as I was travelling for work. He helped me with that as well but representing me in court without me being there. He is a great lawer, amicable and able to communicate the complicated legal jargon in an understable way. I'm not much of a review guru, but I really wanted to take the time to share my experience with attorney Keefe because I know the importance of a good attorney, especially after being charged with a crime. I was charged by Nashua police department this past spring with a felony gun charge, and rem...ember how scary and intimidating it was to face such a charge. Throughout the case Chuck was very easily reachable and explained the process every step of the way. He went above and beyond the duties of a typical criminal defense attorney and even worked with my family attorney to help answer questions for a probate case I was also dealing with.
