I used to work at a very large manufacturing company where I was in charge of the company’s legal compliance in all respects. The EPA began an investigation into the company alleging that we were illegally dumping chemicals into a river behind our facility. So grateful to Attorney Keefe after a girls' night out that didn't end so well. He was able to get my DUI dismissed, preserving my record and future. In my last year of college, I was involved in website based out of London where people could gamble. I still can't believe I was arrested. My sister was in an abusive relationship with a scumbag my family had been trying to get her away from. They were home one night and yelling at each other. I heard a crash in the room, and I ran upstairs. When I went into her room, I saw my sister on the grou...nd with her nose bleeding. I lost it and went after the scumbag. I was defending my sister from this pig, but he ended up getting a broken nose and needed stitches all inside his mouth. I was shocked that after the police came they ended up arresting me for felony assault! At a pretrial hearing he made the cop look like an idiot, and he made it apparent to the judge that the scumbag got what he deserved. The prosecutor reduced the charge to a misdemeanor, but we wouldn't plead guilty. We had a trial where Chuck showed the judge how much of a scumbag the scumbag really was. The judge found me not guilty. I can't thank Chuck enough for all he did for me. He was so kind and understanding with me, but he crushed the cop and the scumbag on the stand. Thank you, Chuck!
