I was arrested in Lawrence, MA when two undercover cops walked up to a car me and my friends were sitting in. They charged all of us with possession of drugs felonies. After getting the police reports, Chuck pointed out to the prosecutor all the mistakes the cops made, and he got all the charges di...smissed. He was worth every penny. Earlier this summer I went out with some friends after work, and I ended up getting arrested for DWI. I made a mistake when I was younger, and I already had been convicted for DWI once already. When I found out I could lose my license for at least 3 years and possibly go to jail, I freaked out. I ...asked various people I knew for referrals to a lawyer, and I did some research on the internet. I met with Chuck and two other lawyers, and I had no doubt I was going with Chuck to represent me. He put me at ease right away, and it was clear he was going to fight for me. When we got the police reports, it looked really bad. But Chuck told me to keep faith and that we'd fight. And that's what he did for me. He made the trooper look silly at the DMV hearing (which we won), and then he got the judge to throw out all of the evidence in the court case due to an illegal seizure of me. I would have lost my job, custody of my kids, and who knows what else. Chuck truly saved me. Not only is he a great lawyer, he is a great person. I have and will recommend him to anyone I know who gets arrested for anything.

I've thought hard about what to write here without sounding like a commercial.. So I'll keep it short and sweet. I was arrested in March 2015.
