Thanks to Chuck, the prosecutor dropped the felony charge, dismissed one of the misdemeanor charges and I was found innocent in a bench trial on the remaining misdemeanor charge. I was going through a very tough divorce and my ex had various family members make false accusations against me and so did she. It was complicated and I was scared.
