I've thought hard about what to write here without sounding like a commercial.. So I'll keep it short and sweet. I was arrested in March 2015. A few months ago I experienced the plight of two felony and one misdemeanor charge. I have no prior record and my life was turned upside down. Attorney Keefe was a great lawyer! My case was extremely tough, not all lawyers were willing to take on the case, but I did not hear any hesitation during our consultation visit. He was well aware of the goal that was needed to be attained in the case. He was focused on our case, and he always return...ed phone calls and emails in a timely manner.

I was involved in a bad car accident, and the police charged with me Aggravated DWI. They took my blood twice while I was in the hospital. Attorney Keefe filed multiple motions to exclude from the case any evidence of the blood tests because the police violated my rights. At the trial, he question...ed the officer for over an hour and made it clear that the police violated my rights. The judge didn't even need to think about it or write a decision. At the end of the hearing he told us that all the evidence in the case of my blood was being excluded, and the charge was dismissed. Attorney Keefe changed what started out as a nightmare and saved me from being convicted of a crime, losing my license, and paying all sorts of fees. Thank you!
