I was charged with failure to report child abuse. I had no record and have been a law abiding person. Chuck was on top of my case and made motions for me to have a speedy trial. The prosecuter filed a motion for a continuance after I had waited 10 months for my hearing. It was denied. The prosecutor ...then filed a motion for reconsideration. That was denied. When we got to the hearing Chuck was thorough with his questioning and I was found not guilty. Throughout the process Chuck was kind, empathetic, truthful and available. First of Chuck is not only a great lawyer but also a great person. He genuily cares and tells you how it is. He starting preparing for trial right away. I sat in mcdoc until my trial on January 9-10 2017. My co-defedant was their (star/only) witness who told five different stories in previous statements to detectives and federal agents.
