I'm forever grateful that when I found myself in real legal trouble facing felony trouble that I had Chuck as my defense attorney. He went above and beyond in both the results produced and with how helpful / responsive himself and his assistant Stacy was. Ultimately he was able to get me into a lon...g term treatment program and made it so I'm not a convicted felon. I'm now back to working full-time and have made strides to restoring my life and I have to credit Chuck with his ability to ensure my record wasn't permanently impacted. As fate would have it, earlier this year I was at the DMV trying to restore my driver's license and I ran into Chuck and I went up to him to thank him. He had asked me the reason for being there and I told him (as this was part of my original case with him) & he literally dropped everything and went into my DMV hearing with me on the spot and ensured that I got a fair hearing that ultimately led to me being able to get my license back almost immediately instead of having to wait another year or two. This was above and beyond anything I expected especially so long after my case had been resolved. My family and I are forever grateful for the well done job Chuck did.

Chuck was a great lawyer in my case. I got arrested on a weekend and he called me that night. He got me released on bail and had the biggest charge dismissed right away. he explained everything and made me calm when I was scared. He got my other charges dismissed or reduced so I was really happy. No... criminal convictions which was important.
