Perfect choice

I'm so glad I hired chuck .. I interviewed a few lawyers and he stood out.. he was professional . Knowledgeable and sensitive to my needs. I was involved in a felony case and didn't know what to do. He gave me my options and didn't even have to go in front of the judge til the end..it was dropped to ...a misdemeanor and couldn't be happier. I would recommend chuck to everyone.

Saved My Life

I was facing very serious felony and misdemeanor charges against me by an over aggressive county attorney. I was looking at financial ruin and having my life and reputation destroyed. Chuck took on my case. He was very thorough, constantly kept me in the loop as to what was transpiring and made m...e feel at complete ease. He knew the law like the back of his hand and fought tooth and nail for me. After filing a well documented motion, the charges against me were dismissed by the Court. I have my life back because of Chuck. If you are facing criminal charges in New Hampshire, you MUST hire Chuck Keefe. Do not screw around. He is THE LEADING criminal defense attorney in New Hampshire and will give nothing less than 150% effort on your matter!

Great lawyer great guy

I was arrested for a felony. I am a professional and a felony conviction would have ruined my life and my family. Attorney Keefe came highly recommended from several people I talked to and then I saw his reviews here. When I met with him he demonstrated his skill and professionalism. He put almost a...ll of my fears to rest and we came up with a game plan to fight the case. He worked so much for me. I can't thank him enough. In the end we got rid of the felony and I saved my job and my life. I never thought I would need a criminal lawyer, but I'm so grateful I found him.

Unfortunate Incident

Being from MA I was accused of some serious crimes in NH (felony and misdemeanor) which threatened my job and reputation in the community I live in. I contacted two other attorneys which didn't leave me feeling positive about the possible outcomes. I read a few reviews on Chuck Keefe and figured I'...d give him a call thinking he was going to be just like the other two. He called me back timely and conducted a phone interview. I immediately felt as if I had a chance of getting all charges dropped. I went with Chuck, he was in constant contact with me updating me on findings and date changes and if he wasn't available, his assistantist was just as helpful. I had missed one of my court dates, which was my fault, Chuck smoothed everything out at the courts and even discussed a plea deaI. I would have to plead guilty to the misdemeanor but the felony would be dismissed. It was the best outcome so I took the deal. The day I appeared to finalize with courts Chuck had some discussions with the proper people and was able to get the misdemeanor charges dropped as well. The whole process was about seven months a little community service and good behavior for one year and it all goes away. All the lawyers I contacted were roughly the same fee so don't hesitate and waste your time, Chuck Keefe is your guy his reputation and relationships within the courts are stout.

The Best Criminal Attorney in New Hampshire

If you by happenstance find yourself in a situation like me that you never expected to find yourself in and require the services of one of the top criminal attorneys in New Hampshire, if not all of New England, one could do no better than to select Charles (Chuck) Keefe to represent you. In addition ...to having incredible persuasive powers and a sharp intellect, Chuck is also very personable, a genuinely nice, friendly guy. He will immediately make you feel at ease and if he decides to take on your case, you will feel confident that things are now under control. One reason Chuck is so well respected and feared in the court rooms around New Hampshire is because as a former prosecutor, he can think like the opposition and knows how strong or weak a case from a legal perspective the DA’s office may have. As a former prosecutor he’s also very well-known and still has strong relationships, not only with sitting Judges in the District and Superior courts of N.H. but also with various DA’s around the state. Chuck knows the weaknesses as well as the strengths in preparing for trial against many DA’s. When sitting Judges in the state hire Chuck to represent their own family members in need of legal assistance, you know he’s the kind of defense attorney you want on your side. The combination of Chuck’s sharp legal mind, his incredible persuasive powers combined with his likability, makes him a formidable opponent you want on your side in the court room if you’re facing trail or a serious charge. You should of course interview multiple defense attorney’s before settling on a choice. In my experience, I ran into two basic types of defense attorney’s when I needed help on my felony charge. There are some attorney’s that will pressure you into immediately giving them a quick $5,000.00 as a retainer, but who will never tell you upfront that they have no real expectations of ever taking your case to trail (please deal only) and other’s like Chuck, that are honest and level with you, explaining that preparing for trail is sometimes a very costly process and could run into several thousand dollars before all is said and done. That being said, you don’t want cheap, you want the best and if you want the best, smart people choose Chuck. On the plus side, Chuck will most certainly if needed, work out an agreeable fee schedule with you over a period of several months, as he did with me, to retain his legal services. Now if you’re facing a serious charge or a number of multiple charges as I was, you must also do yourself a big favor and help Chuck understand the details and nuances of your case that might not be readily apparent to him. Spend some serious time going over the discovery or evidence against you in detail, line by line, paragraph by paragraph. Do you own research on the discovery and provide Chuck with details he might otherwise overlook. I was facing a serious Class A felony charge and two Class A misdemeanor charges. Thanks to Chuck, the prosecutor dropped the felony charge, dismissed one of the misdemeanor charges and I was found innocent in a bench trial on the remaining misdemeanor charge. Chuck is indispensable if you find yourself in a serious legal matter as I was. Please run, don’t walk to hire him as your criminal defense attorney.
