After spending considerable amount of time on the side of the road, the troopers arrested me for DUI, resisting arrest and for the failure to move over to an emergency vehicle. During trial, Attorney Keefe was quick to point out the lack of evidence the troopers had for making me exit the vehicle. He was also successful in having everything that took place after exiting the vehicle suppressed. The result of the trial was favorable. All charges were dropped with the exception of the "failure to move over".
