A few months ago I experienced the plight of two felony and one misdemeanor charge. I have no prior record and my life was turned upside down. I was involved in a bad car accident, and the police charged with me Aggravated DWI. They took my blood twice while I was in the hospital. Attorney Keefe filed multiple motions to exclude from the case any evidence of the blood tests because the police violated my rights.
