I am still angry with the cops as I write this, but I am so glad I found and hired Chuck. I was arrested by a small town cop after I spent the day at a festival in New Hampshire. He said I was driving in the middle of the road, which was total bs because it was a dirt road and people were walking o...n each side. When I refused to get out of the car, the cop dragged me out and arrested me. During the DMV hearing, Chuck made the officer look confused and like he had no idea what he was doing. It was great. I kept my license, and the court case went smoothly after that. He was always available to talk to me and answer questions, and he was incredibly knowledgeable. I have and will recommend him as a lawyer to anyone I know who gets arrested.

I was arrested for DWI by a state trooper out on the seacoast of New Hampshire. A friend recommended Chuck as a lawyer. He was very informative when I called, and he made me feel a lot better after we met in his office. After we got the police reports, Chuck told me to be cautiously optimistic bec...ause he thought he could demonstrate that the trooper didn't know everything he needed to know to convict me for DWI. We first went to the administrative license suspension hearing because I refused the breath test. Chuck was friendly and professional with the trooper, but he made it clear that the trooper didn't know what he was doing and demonstrated that he couldn't say that I was under the influence. The hearing person issued an order that day finding for us. As a result of that, they dismissed my DWI case. I was freaked out that I was going to lose my job if I lost my license, and Chuck saved that for me. I can't thank him enough, I recommend him HIGHLY to anyone who needs a criminal lawyer.
