Mike Lombardi and his firm are the worst and most unprofessional law firms we have encountered. My son had an accident and his firm of ambulance chasers solicited our case expecting to get a chunk of the insurance settlement without lifting a finger. We were told by Mike himself that ours was a very ...strong case and they expected a large settlement from the insurance company which they would negotiate. My son had broken his knee and shoulder in the accident when he was hit by a motorist while on a scooter at a busy intersection. He called 911 and was taken to emergency and we had all the hospital records. Mike and his associate who 'worked' on our case did absolutely nothing to help us. They did not collect the necessary documents like the police report, statements of witnesses or video/camera evidence. They did not give us the right advice either. The insurance company dragged matters for six months and finally rejected the claim on false grounds after which they dropped the case.
