Great law firm
I went to d’Oliveira & Associates after I broke my leg at work. They helped me Collect workers compensation, and get a good settlement. I am now back to work And I’m very thankful for all their hard work. Paul d’Oliveira helped me when I needed it the most. I recommend his firm highly.

Tell the Insurance Companies You Mean Business Just Like I DID and get the money you deserve
I appreciate the positive comment. It is one thing to talk about good service, but another to actually deliver it. We know the insurance companies games they play to pay the least amount of money to an injured client. We do not let them lowball us with settlement offers. When they do we take them to court or arbitration. It is simply about doing what is best for our clients.

I appreciate the positive review. I have been practicing law now for 30 years and client service is the most important thing to me. We know the personal injury and social security disability laws. We know how to deal with the insurance companies, who do all they can to pay the least amount of money to an injured person. Making sure that every client is treated with dignity and respect, as well as constantly keeping in touch with them and answering all their questions is something that takes hard work day in and day out. This can only be done by continuing to work hard and remain diligent. Our culture here is geared toward that type of service.
