The Attorney you want by your side for any Rhode Island legal matter!!!

James is professional and keeps on top of things for you. I was referred by a friend to use him and we worked together to have my case dismissed and most importantly my record was cleared. Very Good! Awsome Lawyer

Trustworthy, responsive, personable!

This is my first time having to go to criminal court. Jim was recommended to me from another lawyer I originally contacted. Jim was very responsive and answered calls AND texts within an hour of me contacting him. He was very patient and explained how the process would work in full detail. Jim ...is very easy to talk to and does not pass judgement, but asks the right questions. I am happy to say that Jim was able to get my case dismissed and while I don't intend to need a criminal lawyer ever again, if i do, he is where I will turn. I will gladly recommend him to anyone in need of a criminal defense attorney.

Mr. Smith saved my career

As a result of Mr. Smith's knowledge and tireless work on my behalf, I was able to get a Not-guilty filing before my case went to trial. This made it possible for me to not have to go to trial and bring my family to court. It also left my military career intact.
