Purchase and Sale

Matt worked with me for the purchase of my home and sale of my condo. Matt was quick to respond and always looked out for my best interest as we went through probate. Everyone in the office was helpful and pleasant. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Matt again.

No Response to a Problem with a RE Closing

Matthew Killeen handled a real estate refinance closing for me in 2012. After discovering a mortgage discharge registered incorrectly with the Registry of Deeds upon selling my home in 2020, I followed up with Mr. Killeen to find out what was done during the refinance as the improper discharge shoul...d have been discovered and fixed. He was going to get back to me with information and did not despite follow up. I had to incur additional cost to resolve. Very disappointed to have emails go unanswered.
