Ms. Egloff's practice areas include:  divorce, including case evaluations; child support and payment for college; parenting plans and visitation issues; alimony; modification and enforcement of alimony, child support, and parenting plan judgments; prenuptial agreements; domestic violence; dispute resolution, including mediation and parent coordination.

 

Ms. Egloff was named a Rising Star in the field of Family Law by Super Lawyer's Magazine in 2014, 2013, 2012, and 2011.  While attending Notre Dame Law School, Ms. Egloff received national recognition for her work at the Legal Aid Clinic. Prior to attending law school, she earned an M.Div. from Princeton Theological Seminary (Psychology and Counseling), and a B.A. from Grinnell College (English).

 

Ms. Egloff has been a member of the Women's Bar Foundation Board of Trustees since 2010.  From 2006 through 2012, she was member of the Steering Committee for the Family Law Section of the Boston Bar Association, serving as the Co-Chair of the Membership, Pro Bono, and Public Policy Subcommittees.  She joined the Probate and Family Amercan Inn of Court in 2015.

Excellent Lawyer
Amy was my attorney in a tumultuous divorce. She is a very thorough and competent professional who always had my best interests in mind. She was always available by phone or email and responded to my queries promptly. I never felt uniformed or unaware of the next steps or potential hang ups. I knew I had found the perfect balance between a knowledgeable professional and real person who understood how devastating and life changing it all can be. Above all, she is a great human being who genuinely cares for her clients.

Excellence with care and character
Amy is simply amazing -- knowledgeable, determined, detail-oriented, and caring. I could not have asked for a better advocate during my divorce. She was responsive to my concerns and needs, was no-nonsense when necessary, and gentle when I needed it. She allowed me to have as much input as I wanted and/or needed in my case, and respected my time and money. I would highly recommend Amy in any divorce situation. Mine was moderately difficult, but I know she has the character and knowledge to handle any divorce with care and dignity.
