Amazingly Helpful

Smooth and Easy Process

My husband and I hired John right after, and I mean right after, our first child was born...realizing that we needed to get our "estate" in order. He clearly outlined everything that we needed gather, discuss in advance, and then guided us through the process and planning part with recommendations. He was incredibly patient with us too in getting all of our final paperwork signed and processed, as that was a crazy time for us. The whole process could not have gone any smoother, and when it was complete, we were amazed that we had put it off for so long thinking it was such a huge project to take on. I definitely recommend using John for estate plans.

Amazingly Helpful

Our family member worked with Attorney Spino to set up an Estate Plan for herself. At the time of her passing John couldn't have been more accommodating in explaining the specifics of the Plan, how it was to be executed and what we needed to do. We were so happy with them that we will be using him to re-do our own Estate Planning.

Great Service! Definitely will be a return customer

John helped me when I wanted to embark on a new business venture by helping me set up the appropriate business structure and purchase the assets of another company. He helped me with a complicated legal situation and made himself available anytime I had a question. John perfectly and delicately handled a real estate transaction that involved multiple family interests. Exceptional Estate Planning and Real Estate Attorney!

If you need an estate plan or buying/selling real estate, you MUST call John! John has helped me over the past 10 years with my two house purchases, house refinance, condo sale and investment property purchase. He also helped me and husband with our estate plan, which went very smoothly. John is excellent at explaining all the options, being available to answer questions, detail-oriented, organized, thoughtful and a wonderful person to work with. The long haul

I have done several real estate transactions with John in the past and he and his office have always been professional, responsive, and quite good humored. I recently completed a transaction with John that was six plus years in the making. It involved elder law, estate planning, and real estate sales that at times became emotional and contentious for me and my family--John kept all parties on track and ultimately everyone walked away happy. John is extremely knowledgeable and a clear communicator. Not once did I feel surprised over events or confused about a process. I know there were many questions I needed clarified repeatedly and John always displayed patience. Overall a very pleasant experience for a somewhat tedious and long process.

Great 3 times!

My wife and I hired Spino Law two different times for closings on 3 different property sales. First, selling a condo and buying a house. Then a few years later to sell that same house. His entire team was friendly, professional and very helpful. They took care of all the details, walked us through the mounds of paper work and explained each step to us in terms we could understand. When problems came up with a condo association and then with property lines disputes that could've held up our sales, they helped talk us through our options. When the realtors, bankers and other lawyers were panicking, John and his team stayed calmed and helped us do so as well, while solving all the issues and making sure our sales went through on schedule and without a hitch. Thank you John.
