Top notch the best hands down

I talked to jay the 1st night after my DUI and he told me his process of going through things so i agreed *the best decision of my life* had my court dates which the judge was stagnant on me being there but jay and his made magic happen to where i didnt have to. Took it to trial and jay was in game m...ode.The way he stood up there defended me with all the right facts to the jury and judge there was doubt in my mind i made the right decision. NOT GUILTY!! He is a class act guy and his team is the best!! Strongly reccomend

The best

I found Attorney Milligan after I was involved in a possible 3rd DUI. All the reviews here are 100% correct. He is very professional and his knowledge on the laws are exceptional. The whole case took about a year, and on the day of trial, he put the police trooper on the stand and just dominated.... The jury came back with a Not Guilty verdict. The next day we were working on getting my licence back, and even though the RMV delayed the process; his associates went with me the next day to the RMV and got them to return my licence right away. My life is back to normal because of Attorney Milligan and his associates. If you want the best, look no further.

Outstanding Attorney

OUI Second Offense

I found Jay on the internet after an exhaustive search. I wanted to be careful and choose the right Attorney for my case. I am without hesitation or a doubt that I made the correct choice in selecting him. I had been told by another reputable Attorney that due to the amount of witnesses in my case... he would not take it. It would be a hard case to beat!! I found myself lost and completely feeling alone without the knowledge of what I was going to do. My entire life, reputation and livelihood was at stake. Jay comforted me . He understood that this was my second OUI and that I needed someone who was going to fight hard for me. He did just that with his years of expertise, he won this case, that the other Attorney wouldn't even touch. We took this case to a jury and Jay Milligan was so prepared for the cross examination of the State Trooper that the Trooper was stumbling with his explanations. I couldn't be more thankful because at the end of a long day, it only took the jury 5 minutes to deliberate the outcome. I was found innocent and received a NOT GUILTY VERDICT. He is your Attorney!!! Patience and expertise pays off.. Thanks Jay!

My case went back to an arrest for OUI in 2015. Patience pays off! Mr. MIlligan was part of a study proving the breathalyzer used for my case was not correctly calibrated, that the trooper was just making his quota, and most importantly that I was not an intoxicated driver. 2018 my case went to trial... with a NOT GUILTY finding and it's all thanks to Jay. The expertise, his intelligent and the acknowledgement of the law specifically for OUI's he saved my career (CDL driver), my family and life.
