GREAT BANKRUPTCY ATTORNEY!!!!!

Patrick is a lawyer who cares about his bankruptcy clients. Without a "shadow of a doubt" he is the top lawyer for bankruptcy in Plymouth County, Cape Cod, and all of the South Shore. One of the main reasons I say that is because of his emergency Chapter 13 bankruptcy filings to stop foreclosure auct...ions.

Best MA stop foreclosure lawyer!

It took a couple of years (yes years!) for me to realize that my mortgage company was playing games with me. I needed a Massachusetts stop foreclosure lawyer, and I needed him quick! Pat met me the night before the auction at 9pm to save my home! We filed an emergency Chapter 13 bankruptcy and stoppe...d the foreclosure dead in its tracks.

Excellent lawyer

The days became extremely dark after I was denied a loan modification even though my income resumed at above the rate before I took a leave of absence for medical reasons. Chapter 13 saved my home and Attorney Mead in Plymouth, MA went to bat for me when it came time to explain gaps in my income. WOW!

Even though bankruptcy was not a good fit for me or my business, Attorney Patrick Mead still took over an hour to exhaust all possibilities and eventually found me a solution other than the bankruptcy path. Although bankruptcy would have been the "cheapest" option, because of certain assets that were... non-exempt so to speak, it became clear that I needed to seek "other" alternatives. Mr. Mead was amazing. He steered me in the right direction and I could not have been happier!
