By the morning of the third day Mr. Papachristos had filed a brief and a motion to dismiss with the Judge, so that when we had our hearing in that afternoon, the judge was able to make a well informed decision and quickly dismissed the frivolous claim against our daughter. Throughout a very stressful three days, Mr. Papachristos kept us appraised (via text and email) of what was going on, what we needed to do or be prepared for and assured us that everything was completely covered. What is important in finding a lawyer for your case? If it's a criminal case how could you do better than hiring a former Norfolk County ADA? In my case he knew exactly what was needed to move a prosecutor on the case. He used a motion to suppress evidence he prepared to make the prosecutor offer ...me a deal so good it even surprised him. George knows what the prosecuting ADA's want and need to deal because he knows what he required. I could never describe what a masterful job he did in my case. I couldn't endorse him more strongly. Don't let the young age fool you. He's the best there is at what he does.
