Following his employment with the Essex County Superior Court, Mr. Markle served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Justices of the Superior Court.

Mr. Markle was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, where he continues to reside. He graduated from Boston Latin Academy and went on to earn his undergraduate degree cum laude from Salem State College. Mr. Markle subsequently graduated cum laude from New England Law | Boston, where he served as the Technical Coordinating Editor for the New England Journal on Criminal and Civil Confinement. During this time, he also received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Massachusetts Practice and Procedure, and was chosen for New England Law | Boston's Honors Judicial Internship program. He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2006 and the U.S. District Court in 2007. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Bristol County Bar Association, the Taunton Bar Association, and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.

JASON MARKLE, THE ATTORNEY THAT GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND!

Jason Markle is a lawyer that is competent, attentive, and diligent all while talking to you about the aspects of your case. His understanding demeanor makes you feel reassured and calm, which makes for a more personable meeting. I had a complex case that other attorneys refused. These complexities did not cause Jason to even blink an eye. If you are like me and have a pre-existing condition and/or prior surgery, he will not turn you away because your case will not be as easy! He will guide you along the process and obtains all the medical records needed. Jason is a compassionate lawyer who is not in the search for an easy win. I am so impressed with the way Jason works. He follows the case to the end and helps to alleviate some of the burden/stress, which allows you time to heal. His office will take care of you! Jason will prepare you for mediation, litigation, and whatever process may be needed, so you know what exactly to expect. I recommend Jason to everyone. I know if I am unlucky enough to have another accident or injury, I will use Jason again in the future!

I would like to Thank Keches Law Group for taking my case, after I was turned down from a well-known Law Firm. I met w/ Keches Law Group in 2016 to hear my case and how I was injured. I explained how I was turned down by another Law Firm because I didn't meet their criteria. Once they heard about how I was injured and there was a witnessed and photos how how the injury occurred they took my case, and I was assigned 2 Lawyers Jason Markle and Joseph Culgin to handle the Workers Comp. Knowledgeable and Caring

Aggressive Personal Injury Attorney!!

Attorney Markle helped me so much when I needed it most. I got hurt at work and was struggling to get workers’ comp to approve my surgery so I could get better. I have a family to support and had never been though this situation before. Attorney Markle set me up with a workers comp attorney in his office and also pursued a claim for me against the contractor that caused my injury. He was aggressive and really did fight for me and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Definitely call him if you need an attorney.

Outstanding Experience!!!

My case had many complexities and other lawyers were not interested on pursuing it. I met Jason and from the very beginning I knew he had what it takes to get justice for me. Attentive and Compassionate

Thank you Attorney Markle

When the car accident happened we were so distraught as to whether our daughter would survive, let alone be able to walk again. From the beginning it was clear that everyone was lawyered up, and was not on our side. We were clearly over our heads. Attorney Markle battled with the driver's car insurance, our car insurance, hospital bills, and our health insurance. We never could have dealt with this insurance maze on our own. He was personable, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things to us. By Attorney Markle taking care of this, we were able to focus ourselves on our daughter's recovery. Car accident

Jason was my lawyer for a car accident. He was very thorough in getting all paperwork, bills, statements and reports. He fought for what I deserved and kept me in the loop through entire process. Great Attorney!

Jason took my car accident case and walked me thru the entire process. He fought for me every step of the way and made sure the insurance company knew we were willing to go all the way.
