I was charged with violating restraining order that required I should not abuse my wife. My wife called the police and told them I was not letting her in the bedroom and that I pushed her and tried to have unwanted sex with her. Case was tried before a judge and the judge found the client NOT GUILTY....

My girl friend had an anger outburst and falsely accused me of domestic violence. Even though I did not commit any violence either physically or verbally, the police still took her statement seriously and set an unusually high bail for me to get out of jail. The DA also seemed to want pursue the cas...e hard. Mr. Donovan used the best strategy to defend me, and in end (4 months later) the judge simply dismissed the case. I would recommend Mr. Donovan for anyone who needs a good lawyer in similar situations.

I have Patrick represent me with my Ro hearing recently, He was excellent. His advice did help me to keep my cool during the whole stressfull period. His one of the greatest advice is "Just stick to the truth" and i did it. Today my RO has been vaccated. If i am ever be in situation like the past (wh...ich i dont hope to be:)) my first call would be going to reach help from patrick.
