I was extremely impressed and overall happy with Attorney Donovan's experience and knowledge with my matters. His words made me feel comfortable and secure that I was in good hands. I did not feel like I was being sold on a "sales pitch." What he said is what we got. Patrick Donovan represented me for a DUI case. He was very knowledgeable about the courts, the legal process, and the options. He was also very devoted and willing to go the extra mile. My case had a flat fee yet he didn't try to rush the case to resolution to get it off his plate. Even when I go...t impatient and frustrated, he talked me into remaining patient, reminding me the easiest option now isn't the best outcome long-term. He worked through the legal process and with the court personnel to resolve my case, ending with a plea instead of a conviction. My only issue was that I was not very familiar with the process/jargon, so at times wasn't sure where I stood or what happened next. However, when I reached out to Patrick with my questions/concerns, he took the time to walk me through them. He was great at discussing the situation, the hurdles, and the outlook. I would recommend him to anyone needing an attorney, particularly in those districts in which he most works.

Patrick was a terrific source of support and guidance to help me navigate the Massachusetts legal system. He was honest and upfront about my issue, and offered me valuable advice before taking me on as a client. He offered me potential solutions that I could pursue to resolve my matter without having... to pay for his services, and only took my case when it was clear that I could not resolve it on my own.
