About me

I represent clients in post-conviction criminal proceedings in both federal and state court. I also welcome clients with civil appeals, particularly in the employment litigation context.

Employment counseling and litigation:

I counsel individuals and small businesses on federal and Massachusetts workplace laws, and review and negotiate employment contracts and separation agreements. I also handle litigation for individuals and small businesses at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD), as well as in state and federal court.

I conduct investigations for companies whose employees have made internal complaints of discrimination or harassment.
