As a first time landlord, I needed assistance with dealing with a tenant who has been constantly behind with the rent and having on-going money problems, among the many other issues. I got to the point of needing to evict this tenant but wasn't sure how to go about it correctly. I've heard some horrible stories that made me very nervous. After the first phone conversation with Josh, he assured me that we had a good case for a positive outcome. Josh started working the case right away & walked me through the entire process. It was very reassuring to know I was taking the right legal steps throughout this very scary eviction process and to have Josh to advice me.
I would definitely hire Josh again, if need be. He is outstanding and very professional. Thank you Josh!

I was a brand new landlord and made a lot of mistakes. I wound up with a problem tenant and went searching for a lawyer to help. Josh was the only one to take the time to investigate my situation and keep me out of the pitfalls this professional tenant had laid before me. Had it not been for Josh I would likely have failed miserably at being a landlord. I recommend him without reservation.

As a new landlord I needed to evict my first tenant after 6 months. Late payments from the first month, among some other things, I wasn't sure if I could even evict. After one thorough phone call with Josh, he assured me that we had a strong case and should have a great outcome.
He started the process immediately. He followed the protocol that needed to be followed. And within 4 weeks of first speaking, my tenant is moving out today.
I have heard so many horror stories about the process. Josh made it as smoothe as it possibly could. He told me the steps we would need to take, he told me the pros and cons, he told me possible outcomes, so I was pretty educated about what could happen.
I would highly, highly recommend his services. Hopefully I won't need to use him again but he'd be my first call if needed.
