Job well done, it's almost a shame sometimes miracles cant happen in a court room in which you are aligned with justice and the state of Boston is aligned with big universities more interested in catering to it's own stringent system than helping the citizens it is in charge of protecting. I will nev...er trust boston police department with anything, especially a 911 call for help where it's easier to arrest someone for nothing than help them.

We were scammed by an "agency" about "helping" us getting the green card. The process went smoothly , we were done with a couple of fingerprints, I got my working permit, when one on the sudden on a morning ICE showed up in our apartment. They didn't care about our process, just arrested my husband, ...and if our kids are not at home, they would arrest me too. Later we find out the " agency" didn't send us a couple court hearing mails, so they came to arrest and deport us. My husband was in a high security jail for 2 and a half months , and we lived thru hell, but fortunately someone recommended Vikas Dhar's office, as a rescue. The whole office worked on our case, they found my husband, and hired a private detective to find out what is going on. They worked around the clock, set up every kind of papers, talked with everyone, whom was able to help, gave us good advices, and kept us hopeful. They collected every thought and proof quickly and filed to our judges, so they reopened our cases, and finally my husband set free. Vikas explained everything during the case, and even if it is on hold now to waiting for the new court hearing, they keep checking on us, sending positive energy.

Simply put, Vikas is honest to his word. He is not a smoke and mirrors type of guy and does his best to keep his word. He will not make false promises or tell you what you want to hear.
