So frustrated. Took the time to tell Steven about my issues. He seemed genuinely interested in helping.
Gave him personal, related case documentation and photos because he seemed motivated to help...only to have him ignore further attempts to move things forward. It's touch enough sharing all of the trouble I've been going through with my condo and the former Trustee who was also the seller, developer, and management (who was responsible for 1 1/2 years of raw sewage episodes in my condo, and threatened me when I asked for help)...but then to be led on and eventually ignored? Upsetting.

I engaged Steven Hemingway's services to take my father's estate through probate and the process went very smoothly...but that's why you hire an attorney, isn't it? What sets Steven apart from the rest is that he took the time to explain everything until I was comfortable understanding what I needed to. He was quick to respond to phone calls, walked me through the process, met all our deadlines and exceeded our expectations. He has a prompt and professional support team as well. Just a great experience working with Steven and this firm!
