I hired Richard for my personal injury case 1 year and 8 months ago. He fails to keep me updated on the progress of my case. He never reaches out to me. Occasionally I get a 1 sentence response from him every few months after I email him looking for updates. I doubt I will ever see any money for ...my case. Such a waste of my time. Highly regret hiring him to handle my case.
