DO NOT PHONE STONE !! YOU WILL BE VERY SORRY.I DID ALL THE WORK FOR THEM AND THEY STILL MADE MISTAKES WHICH TOOK MONEY FROM ME. WHEN YOU CALL AND COMPLAIN ABOUT THERE LAWYERS JASON STONE NEVER TAKES YOUR CALLS. HE HAS THE MANAGER CALL YOU. TOTALLY UNTRUE ACTORS IN COMMERCIALS!! NO TRUTH BECAUS...E THEY ARE PAID ACTORS AND WILL SAY WHAT JASON STONE WANTS. JASON STONE DOESN'T WANT TO HEAR YOUR PROBLEMS WITH HIS LAWYERS. DO NOT PHONE STONE!! HAVE HAD MANY PERSONAL INJURY LAWYERS. BY FAR THIS FIRM IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER HIRED TO REPRESENT ME!!!!

First of all, run, I had Jason Stone 6.5 yrs, 4 different attorneys and a Sean Jonas for my litigation attorney. Please run from all of them, and in 6.5 yrs I was never introduced to this person Jason who seemed not interested in meeting me a client. I was told he knew about my case, who I was but n...ever met me, in, 6.5, years. I had 2 knee surgeries and never ever heard from them, my 2nd was knee replacement. I never ever received a call from them while in the hospital and rehab. Don't believe they call you back, I sometimes went 3 or more weeks before I'd call them or maybe they'd call me. I yelled at Sean once, I was upset after 6 yrs and nothing was done yet. I apologized and Sean said, I don't accept your apology and don't, you, ever, yell at me again! During my 2 three hour depositions Sean read a book and a paper and said you did OK and also while being deposed sternly said Let, Him, Speak! Finally we had a court date and waited a year but, I found out after I called them. And then Sean kept telling me if you go to Court, you will lose. I was also told if I go in front of the Jury they will turn you down, you will turn to me and say, WHAT THE F#%K SEAN, WHAT THE F#%K?? I said no Sean, I don't need to use that word! After saying he would go for $435.000_for a demand it came down to me getting $7.000 more than Stone did in the end of my settlement, pretty pitiful after 6.5 years of waiting. So please please please, find a law firm that will work with you and please, not Jason Stone, whoever he is. As I said I don't know who he is because he had no interest in meeting me, his client of 6.5 years. Yes they were nice to talk to, seemed concerned but in the end I felt I was a case they wanted to get rid of. Sean just wanted to settle and I had to ask for the last 5000 after Sean said what their final offer was. In closing, I would not recommend this law firm to my worst enemy. And I even did a commercial for them and met his wife, she was very nice to everyone. But please Jason? Do not respond with an apology because if I wasn't important enough as a client then you do not need to contact me now, please, don't. I earned only 7.000 more than you after 6.5 yrs as a client that you never bothered to contact or meet. So again, no need at all, to respond because, after 6.5 yrs I have no idea who you are.
